Restaurant “Andeamo” with P.T. – Greek salad sans feta cheese, with grilled vegetables and lemon/olive oil dressing, a small piece of P.T.’s margarita pizza
Restaurant “Viet” with P.T., Jessica, and Anjali – number 11 – Vietnamese noodle soup with chicken, shitake mushrooms, and red onion, Sparkling apple cider
Restaurant “Alcove” – blueberry bonanza smoothie, hershey kiss from P.T. chocolate bunt cake, bite of frosting.
What I did well: selected the salad at an Italian restaurant – difficult task given all the wonderful fatty Italian aromas, asked for the salad without the feta cheese. Alcove is small restaurant featuring decadent desserts, I chose the healthiest option on the menu and enjoyed it thoroughly!
Healthier decisions I could have made: omitted the piece of P.T.’s pizza, ask for the salad dressing on the side, omitted the bits of chocolate from P.T.’s dessert
Activity: moved in to new apartment and unpacked
